Meditation Workshop at Mind, Body and Beyond Center
Our life experiences are created through the choices we make in each moment of our life. Where we make these choices from is key to either experiencing a more loving and joyful life or a life that will have its tests and challenges. To fully be in and experience life, we must be present. When we are not present, we are missing life and creating from our mental/emotional self. We first must become aware of what we are not (mental/emotional creation) in order to know we have a choice to create a more loving life experience.
In this workshop, participants will learn where they make their choices from, where they want to make their choices from, and receive simple breathwork meditation practices that can be used to begin creating a more harmonious and loving life experience. These practices will help participants create greater balance within the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual selves of their life.
With consistent use of these meditation practices, they will open workshop attendees to a deeper and more loving relationship with spirit, a more intimate sensitivity to heal on every level of self, and expand their awareness of the creative pathway to “know thyself”.
