Pranayama & Meditation
Pranayama is the conscious awareness of breath. Through guided breathing, you will increase the oxygen to your brain and all your internal organs which facilitates physical healing. Class limited to 8 people. The class will be held outside if weather permits. Please bring your own mat and accessories. This class will be held at the spa, where we require a mask to be worn.
