Meditation Workshop Coming to Spiritual Uplifts

 
Spiritual Uplifts, in Orange Park, is holding a meditation workshop from 4 to 6:30 p.m. on January 23 for beginners as well as experts, during which all seven chakras will be activated. This event is perfect for those that are stressed out and in need of some peace or for those that just want to enjoy the many benefits of meditation.

    There will be a 15-minute break with snacks provided. Attendees may bring pillows and/or blankets if needed.
