Health by Design’s Annual Spring Health Fair is being held March 20, 2021 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Jacksonville.

Attendees will learn about the plethora of resources available to them to improve their physical and mental health. The day includes a Wellness Workshop geared toward active-duty military personnel, veterans and their families. “We will be providing information about local area Veterans’ support and alternative health therapies,” affirms Health by Design founder, Dr. Kristy Harvell.

In addition, Dr. Kristy will host a lunch and learn, where she’ll discuss the importance of healthy lifestyles and explain the how and why behind her favorite saying—“weird works!”

This physical and mental wellness event is held in partnership with Operation New Uniform, The Fire Watch, Cohen Veteran’s Network and K-9s for Warriors.
