Hi there. I want to show you how Second Nature Skin care can bring out the best in your skin and make it look and feel more smooth, radiant and youthful looking.
Second Nature Skin, my new line of natural, effective, reasonably priced skin care products, does just that.
I’m an entrepreneur who believes in the old saying that necessity is the mother of invention. In my case, frustration was the mother of invention.
I’ve suffered for decades with skin allergies that grew worse two years ago when I developed rosacea. Month after month I tried new products that promised to help my skin. Each time my hopes were dashed.
All these products contained parabens, sodium lauryl sulfate, urea, glycol, silicones, imidazolidinyl urea and similar synthetic chemicals. How could I figure out what was causing my rash and redness when I couldn’t pronounce the ingredients, much less know what they were?
Meantime, prices on the few natural skin care products that I could find ranged from $24 to $70. Why couldn’t someone offer natural products at a price that most of us could afford?
Well, it turns out I could!
A newspaper reporter of 21 years, I needed new challenges. I focused my fined-tuned research skills on a search for natural, potent and irritant-free ingredients.
I spent hundreds – if not thousands - of hours on research and trial and error developing original formulas for cleansers and moisturizers that help soothe and hydrate the skin and boost its natural radiance.
My position is that nature contains all we need to feed our bodies and skin. Like good food, good skin care depends on superb, nutritious ingredients.
So I said goodbye to newspaper journalism in September, 2010 to launch Second Nature Skin.
Second Nature Skin is based on natural, plant-based ingredients that are processed only to maintain purity. We avoid ingredients suspected of posing a health risk and don’t perform animal testing.
We use organic and natural preservatives that provide a one-year shelf life. We don’t use perfume. Instead, our products are lightly scented by the botanical oils and extracts and a little bit of essential oil.
